Sophie McGrath is a learning and development expert with strong international operational human resources experience in not-for-profit, government, and higher education organizations supporting employees and senior business leaders. Sophie focuses on people management, bespoke solution design, digital literacy, and organizational learning interventions. The Pathways to Leadership scholarship program reports to her; she oversees its strategic direction and ensures it aligns with larger organizational goals and initiatives.
