Lauren Abner (she/her/hers)

State E-rate Coordinator
Kentucky Department for Libraries & Archives

Lauren Abner has been the State E-rate Coordinator at the Kentucky Department for Libraries & Archives since 2015. She began her library career at the Kentucky Talking Book Library in 2007 and received an MSLS from the University of Kentucky in 2011. She chairs the E-rate Task Force through June 2025, and she was honored as a Library Journal Mover & Shaker for 2024. Besides a passion for equitable access, she enjoys books, cats, and horror films.
