Megan Janicki (she/her) is the Deputy Director, Strategic Initiatives with the Public Policy and Advocacy office at ALA. She was the project manager for ALA's Libraries Build Business initiative (2020-2022) and editor of Libraries That Build Business from ALA Editions. She holds a master of education degree in Learning, Diversity, and Urban Studies.
