Ann McIntire

Ask a Librarian Supervisor
Prince George's County Memorial Library System

Ann McIntire is the Supervisor of Prince George' County Memorial Library System's Ask a Librarian Call Center.
Ann has served as both Librarian and supervisory Librarian III at many branches throughout PGCMLS.
Before coming to PGCMLS in 2013, Ann was Librarian for the U.S. National Arboretum in Washington DC. Her career also includes positions with the Marine Biology Laboratory Library in Woods Hole, Massachusetts; the University of Oregon's Art and Architecture Library; and the San Francisco Performing Arts Museum and Library.
She holds an MLS from San Jose State University and a BA in Literature and Creative Writing from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
Ann is a member of the Maryland Library Association and the American Library Association.
