Whether you are trying to determine what range you should look for now that you have some years in the field or is you are just getting into your 1st professional role, panelists will share research and tools for how to find data to determine what salaries match up with your experience and location and give examples of negotiation techniques to use and provide insight into how negotiations may work when in a unionized library environment.
