Joe Agati Jr. earned his degree in Industrial Design from the University of Illinois, where he developed a strong foundation in creative problem-solving and user-centered design. He began his professional journey at Radio Flyer, where he honed his skills in product design, crafting iconic items that resonate with both children and adults.

After his impactful tenure at Radio Flyer, Joe transitioned to Agati Furniture, where he serves as both COO and Director of Design. In this dual role, he has led the company in creating exceptional furniture solutions that prioritize both form and function.

Throughout his career, Joe has dedicated himself to observing and understanding human behavior, keenly analyzing what makes us feel comfortable in our environments. By translating these essential insights into design, he has developed innovative products that seamlessly align with our innate tendencies. Joe’s work not only enhances the user experience but also fosters a deeper connection between people and the spaces they inhabit.
